Arch, Black screen after reboot

I can't fix my problem, when i reboot or shutdown in my arch linux from VMware I should to see my greeter interface but i get a black screen.

You are need to tell us a lot more than that.

What is the host machine?  You are running Arch Linux in the VM?
Define "greeter interface"?  You mean a display manager? Which one? What desktop environment are you using?
