grub-install: error: failed to get canonical path of `airootfs' .
when i try to do `grub-install /dev/sda` it gives that error

Because /dev/sda is your live usb and not your actual disk you installed Arch on. Which tutorial are you following and are you sure you want to do a BIOS install instead of UEFI?
