SATA hot swap feature has stopped working with Linux 5.15.7 [Solved]

Hi, I own an ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming mainboard and with newer kernels, the SATA hot-swap feature isn’t working anymore at all up to today’s Linux 5.18.16. There is no output of dmesg either. I have downgraded my kernel versions to find out that Linux 5.15.6 was the last version with SATA hot swap intact. Is this broken for ever mainboard or just mine?
