I posted a comment to an AUR package, but somehow the content I posted was interpreted in a funny way and looked messy, so I deleted the post. As a result of deletion, I still see my post but in light gray fonts, and there is a button to undelete it. There is however no button to really delete it.
The result is that I deleted it several days ago and it I can still see it. Is there a way to really delete the comment, or will it disappear on its own after some time, like a week?

Deleted comments are still visible to you in case you want to restore it later. You can verify it's not visible to others by logging out or checking in a private / incognito window.

Thanks, I have already verified that it is not visible by others. I just wanted to know if there is a way to really delete it.

I used a workaround, I undeleted my previous comment, clicked the edit button, and entered some text totally different from what I had before, so for this particular comment, the problem is solved. Still I would like to know if there is a way to really undelete a comment.
