Hi, this package is outdated:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/lfhex
Basically to update it it's pretty easy only requires to upload the new source and change the 2 for the 3. Can I upload it myself, or the maintainer (severach) has given period or timeout and until then I can't commit any update? Need help never did such a thing.

Are the maintainers and contributors mentioned in PKGBUILD notified automatically after comments or flagging out of date?

I don't think he will get any email since it's a disposable email address. I would like to update the PKGBUILD myself.

Then follow the process in the link above...

I'm not sure where you get that idea from. He maintains a ridiculous number of AUR package and has had activity within the past week updating several of them.
The outdated notification is from today, and the upstream update was only released six hours ago. Frankly even flagging a package as outdated just six hours after an upstream update is a bit silly - but taking steps to take over a package in that time is absolutely absurd. Give him a minute.

The package has been flagged out-of-date for 16 days. Any possibility that other maintainer takes it?
