You appear to be using something downloaded directly from the tor project.
the fontconfig and libegl errors suggest the downloaded version expects older versions then archlinux provides.

Is there a reason you are not using the repo package for tor ?

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
