Does Archlinux support RST?

I want duo boot both arch and win on my laptop, and I don't want to set RST off, does it possible?

Assuming you're talking about the Intel RAID thing, Linux doesn't support it. It's not an Arch thing, Arch just packages upstream projects, it's a Linux thing.

Intel RST may work with SATA disks (you need to use mdadm), but it will probably never work with nvme. The implementation hides some important hardware details from the OS and for that reason the developers rejected a patch (in 2019).

Ubuntu has a guide on how to disable it without reinstalling windows: https://help.ubuntu.com/rst/
