Hi,
I have MSI GE70 old laptop and new router Asus RT-AX53U.
I have configured default network on a router.
When running archlinux from usb flash stick, my laptop can see the wi-fi network, can connect, can operate.
When running Windows 7 or Windows 10 the laptop cannot see the network.
My question is: can I determine what driver for what device is loaded in archlinux and is successfully working, to be able to find and get similar or related driver for windows?
I am a linux newbie, I searched interned and found some command wich gave me this result: enp4s0 lo wlp5s0
Is it worth something?
In Windows the wifi adapter is named Realtek RTL8723AE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC
Thank you in advance

thank you
lspci:
Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8723AE PCIe Wireless Network Adapter
How is it pssible that in archlinux is operateable driver and in windows no, I searched for the latest possible win driver of course.
Ok, thank you once again, I'll have to buy some usb wifi dongle.

Realtek in general has a bad track record with driver support and if the chip is older chances are they didn't bother releasing an updated driver. If the card is driven by an in kernel driver in linux then other people have potentially fixed/helped with keeping the driver working.
FWIW have you tried just installing the Win 8.1 driver from the official page?
In any case this is steering off-topic and a Windows issue, if checking lspci gave you the sufficient answer for how to find the chip on linux, please mark as [SOLVED]
