Solution: A patch was added in 5.19.4 which fixed the issue.
After a seemingly random amount of time, all of the TTYs become frozen. After my laptop has been powered on for over ~6 hours, there is a high chance (though no guarantee) that they have become frozen.
So far I have never realised exactly when this happens, because it does not affect my graphical environment at all (I'm using AwesomeWM with Xorg).
When in the frozen state, (if I am viewing a TTY) all that is displayed is the last thing that was shown on a TTY.
A few weeks ago I noticed this strange behaviour for the first time. Before that, I have never had anything like this occur. I've had graphical issues on this laptop before, though I am confident that this issue is new, and it was caused by a recent update to something.
Luckily this issue is not especially problematic for using my machine. The only two problems which this causes are the following:
1 - I am unable to use a TTY to fix a problem with my graphical environment, should one arise.
2 - When I shut down my laptop, I don't get the usual messages printed to the screen telling me that everything is stopping correctly. This is the only reason I noticed the problem in the first place - when I shut down my system one day, I didn't get any shutdown messages. It was just frozen, showing the last thing shown before I started Xorg hours before.
It should be noted that the TTYs still function perfectly fine. I can log in and run commands in them, though I cannot see what I'm doing because the screen does not update.
Checking the journal, I can see the message "Started Getty on tty2", which would indicate that the TTYs are starting perfectly fine, they're just not rendering correctly (I haven't found any errors in the Xorg log or the journal either).

There is also this issue that was recently posted on the forums: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=278649. It doesn't sound exactly the same, though it sounds similar enough that I feel it could be related.

I'm not entirely sure whether or not anything in here is the culprit, though since it wasn't happening before the 19th (and I haven't updated my BIOS recently), I presume a package update shown below is causing this.

It has only been 2 days (two power cycles, each one lasting over 10 hours), so it may just be coincidence, though it's looking possible that the issue is either caused by an update to the kernel or an update to acpi_call.
The reason I theorised that acpi_call could be involved is because of the following lines that appear in the journal when I switch to a TTY:

My laptop is a Lenovo L15 Gen 1 (AMD) - with a Ryzen 4750U and 16GB of RAM. There is no dedicated GPU. Lenovo support page
So my question is: What is the next step? Should I update my BIOS? Update all my packages? Stay on the downgraded packages for a while? Try downgrading different packages?
Since this issue takes a few hours to become apparent - and it's random - debugging this is going to be really challenging, so I'm hoping for the most direct route to a possible fix.

Just want to say I've got the exact same issue since 5.18.12 on my ASUS TUF A15 with a Ryzen 4800H and RTX 2060, for now I've been using the linux-lts kernel which fixes the issue.

Ah, good to hear I'm not alone with this one.
After not seeing any recent posts about this issue on any forums I was concerned that the issue only affected me, which may have made it more difficult to fix.

After looking at git.kernel.org, I have doubts that 5.18.12 introduced the issue, because the only change in that version fixed a data loss issue with a very specific storage driver.

So if the issue really is caused by a change to the kernel, I believe it would be a change in 5.18.13 (or later).
While looking at the changes between 5.18.12 & 5.18.13, I see a lot of changes related to the framebuffer, and a couple directly related to the TTY. There's also some AMD-specific changes in there.
I'm certainly no expert on the inner workings of the Linux kernel, (so I'd appreciate it if someone could correct me if I'm wrong) but I believe one of the changes in Linux 5.18.13 is to blame for the TTYs freezing on my system (and other people's systems).
I also noticed some TTY changes in Linux 5.19, which may complicate things somewhat. I don't really know how to deal with this, so I'm hoping there's someone who reads this who knows what may be going on here, or who can read and explain these changes better than me.
So my overall question remains: what are my next steps? Should I upgrade to 5.18.13 to test my theory? Report the bug somewhere other than these forums? Do I need to go through the git bisect process? Do something else?
For now I'm going to switch to using Linux 5.18.12 to test my theory, since after 3 days on 5.18.11 I haven't had any freezing.

I just discovered another forum post about a very similar issue - https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=278893.
They appear to have the same issue as I do, though it seems to happen consistently after suspend/hibernation for them, rather than a random amount of time like it does for me.
Hopefully with more people aware of the issue we can find a solution more quickly.

According to a comment on the aforementioned forum topic, a patch in Linux 5.19.2 has fixed the issue, though it appears to me that it has not been fixed in its entirety.
I upgraded this morning since the new version reached the Arch repos, and the TTYs didn't freeze after many sleep/wakes (by closing the lid), though if I run "systemctl suspend" the TTYs freeze, just the same as they did before.
I have a suspicion that the patch (which seems to be a workaround for a specific series of AMD GPU) does not apply to my hardware, even though it's affected.
Edit (2022-8-23): My bad, I was too hasty. The patch has only been applied to the Linux kernel today, so I expect it to be in the Arch repos soon.
Edit 2 (2022-8-28): The patch was actually merged with kernel 5.19.4, which I am now testing as of yesterday. So far no freezing, though once I'm a lot more sure I'll mark this issue as closed.
