Getting my tasks from my markdown files (Obsidian) to taskbar (waybar)

Hi there! I like managing my calendar on Obsidian. I make use of the Tasks plugin (I will crosspost this idea on the Tasks git). I’m also a new Arch Linux user. As I’ve been playing around with Sway and Waybar, I would very much like to be able to pull my Obsidian tasks and put them on Waybar.

Considering I’m having issues even getting a calendar on Waybar, it’s doubtful I’ll be able to get it to happen. However, I’m going to give it a shot so if you have any knowledge in this direction, please send it my way - it must be easier on Linux than on Windows, at least, and Waybar is already highly

configurable.
