[SOLVED]Compiz standalone, conky doesn't autostart

I recently start to use compiz as window manager started with xinit and I have a problem with conky which doesn't autostart when login. After login can started without problem though.
I have this in .xinitrc to start compiz:

compiz)
     /usr/lib/polkit-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1 &
     GDK_BACKEND=x11 pamac-tray &
     cmst -w15 &
     pasystray &
     /usr/bin/gxkb &
     blueman-applet &
     birdtray &
     /home/useful/pysnoozeshutdown/snoozeShutdown.py &
     sleep 8 && tint2 &
     sleep 5 && conky &
     dbus-run-session compiz
	;;

Any ideas how to fix this?

Re: [SOLVED]Compiz standalone, conky doesn't autostart

I start compiz (0.9) (no DE) before any of the desktop stuff with

bash -c 'compiz --replace' &

Then have this toward the end

# conky sometimes quits at startup...
for (( c=0; c<5; c++ )); do
  conky &
  sleep 2
  if [[ -n $(ps axc | grep conky) ]]; then
    break
  fi
done

My .xinitrc just ends with exec'ing a simple script with a very, very long sleep command which I kill to log out. Works for me.

And what DE are you using? For example, I have Xfce4 and it adds such a command to the autostart.

Re: [SOLVED]Compiz standalone, conky doesn't autostart

@robson75
I don't use any desktop environment or desktop manager. I use compiz as window manager/composer, plank as panel and jgmenu as menu.
@fabertawe
Because I run it as WM need to start at the end. I tried your script but again conky refuses to start. I'll try to encrease "c".

Re: [SOLVED]Compiz standalone, conky doesn't autostart

I found this thread:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=254338
and realise that conky starts(at least after a delay set) but is invisible. I didn't have any problem with other WMs/DEs but seems that need to set own_window_type to "normal".
