Why is it unavailable and what does it mean

But I found that it can be installed via torrent

ISOs are traditionally released at the beginning of each month, but it is not a rule that they are always available exactly on 1st.

mpan, I think they were talking about the "Available: Yes/No" in https://archlinux.org/releng/releases/.
When a release is made, it has "Available: No" at first. Someone more familiar with archweb should know more about the release process.

Torrents and magnet URIs are available to download the releases. Releases listed as not available may still be seeded by peers, but are no longer registered via the official Arch Linux torrent tracker. We always recommend running the latest available release.

I'm assuming there's a potential delay between it being posted up on the page and registered in the tracker?
