Most likely you have not set a hostname. Post the output of each of the following from before and after connecting to wifi:
cat /etc/hostname
hostname
hostnamectl"UNIX is simple and coherent" - Dennis Ritchie; "GNU's Not Unix" - Richard Stallman

Thanks, I was fine when I set the hostname,You can now open the app when you connect to WIFI
