Hi everyone, I recently bought a Dell latitude 7300 and installed Arch
I'm facing a problem where i can constantly hear a faint white noise coming from my speaker, even if I'm not playing anything and even if my speakers are muted
I'm using pipewire as default audio service
I tried to add options snd_hda_intel power_save=0 to /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf, but that didn't fix my problem, so I thought it could be tlp-related, but it is neither the case
What should I do?

If you mute the output, does the noise stop?
Verify that we are talking about the built in analog speakers and not HDMI, Bluetooth.
Are these external analog speakers?
What happens if you mute all of your mic inputs?

After further testing i managed to mitigate the problem
If you mute the output, does the noise stop?
It does, but as soon as i start playing something (even on mute) the speakers start to produce the same noise as always
Moreover, when i press the mute switch to quickly enable audio it does a audio feedback (default in KDE) and my speakers produce the same noise for about 5 seconds after the audio goes off
Verify that we are talking about the built in analog speakers and not HDMI, Bluetooth.
Are these external analog speakers?
No, they are stereo analog speaker of my laptop
What happens if you mute all of your mic inputs?
Nothing changes
