Missing Audio devices in Jack (for VM Audio)

Hi community <3

i am new to arch/linux and try to set up a win 10 vm.

so i installed piprewire as well as following looking-glass / arch-wiki guides to install jack audio.

but as you can see in the screenshot:

jack audio shows far less devices than which are connected
a test with my monitoring output of the rodent seems to work.
but i cant get my cxa80 (analog audio) and smsl500 (smsl analog) to show up
both are hooked up via USB.

is there a way to fix this?

i read here that it might be a .conf problem : https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/69228
sadly the mentioned workaround link does not work anymore

Does nobody have a clue how to get usb sound devices to work?
I can provide any additional info you like
