XFce is my day-to-day Desktop, but there are few things I would like to change and add.
1. How to add more groups in Icon Panel list... I want more icons to select from. Currently there are 13 group names, one icon per group (Other Icons, Editor, File manager, Utilities, Games, Multimedia, etc.).
2. There are many nice looking themes but so far I have not find a theme for Panel and Menu. Taskbar has... why not the Panel?
3. Is there a menu editing tool?

......there fore i have a few sitting around here (would you like them)
Please, I would like.
But if you wish i can help you in making one if the instuctions for it in the menu.xml file is too hard to understand.
Manual menu configure is not a problem, but the slowness of it. I am looking for a tool. Menu editing needs to be done on the spot not later "when there is a time"..... right click, tool open, edit and save.

You can get a menuditor here. It's not being released from that site anymore, since it's going into 4.2, but you can still download a working version.
The Panel and Menu should match your GTK2 (User Interface in prefs) theme.

When using the menueditor, it solves the panel and theme questions.
Icons only come in question when menu editing is not easy at hand..... there is no need for icons when menu does the work. Without icons XFce4 behaves like Blackbox, what I like.
About the theme, when all icons are removed from the panel, only few plugin buttons remain, a theme is not needed.
Arch + xfce4 = perfect

Trying to get a flux box working to my liking, is this menu editor something I can use. There are many helper apps, but most of them are poorly documented. I would like Icons on the DT and an easy menu editor (text editing is not that bad). Thanks for any tips

This menu editor is for XFCE4 only, but I just saw menumaker on 'Recent Updates', and that works great for fluxbox menus.

Thanks for the quick answer, I guess I asked the wrong question. How do I get this menu editor, I searched packages under xfce4 and found nothing like that.
I do have menumaker, now that I think about it, not sure if I have tried it.
I am trying to learn more about different things, so I have different users setup with different things. One is on KDE, for when I don't want to think , one is testing flux, and one is setup with Xfce4. Anything will help, Thanks
