Quiet speakers at 100% volume

My speakers and headphones are very quiet even at 100% volume. Can anything be done about it? My motherboard is ASRock B450M Pro4.
On Windows, the sound was loud enough to the point where I could just set my volume to 40% and it would be more than enough to handle whatever it is I want to do. What gives? Is it a sound card issue or is it an ALSA/PulseAudio/PipeWire issue?

Check sound levels in alsamixer and next in pavucontrol.

Don't do that.  If you want to stimulate interest in your thread, post new information.  Tell us what you have tried since your last post, what you have read.
Does the HDMI work as expected?
What about the other tabs of pavucontrol?
