KDE Plasma, AC connected not detected correctly

I have a Dell XPS 13 9310, running Arch Linux with KDE.

I have a problem with battery indicator in plasma. It always shows power adapter as connected.
When it is actually connected it will display something like:

Battery at 65%, Charging

When AC is not connected it shows:

Battery at 65%, plugged in but still discharging

Battery icon is always in a charging state (battery with a lightning), it is really annoying me.

When i execute

cat /sys/class/power_supply/AC/online

I get correct values when plugged in or not (0 or 1)

What can i try to figure out why it is detecting it wrong.

Worth mentioning is that this happens when charger is plugged in during boot, if it is unplugged during boot then everything works normally
