Flashing screen, from boot, with Linux 5.19.12 on ThinkBook 13s G2 ITL

Hello,

I've recently updated my kernel and found out that my computer was unusable upon reboot.

RIght from the boot, me screen would continuously display a black screen with a white horizontal line for a split second, then turn completely black again for a full second, and continue doing this indefinitely.

Switching from linux to linux-lts (5.15.17) fixed the problem.

BIOS self-test of the complete hardware returns no errors.

Reading journalctl doesn't show any error as well.

I suspect that this has something to do with the GPU driver?

In case anyone run into the same problem, try using an older kernel, or switching to linux-lts.

Best regards
