HP Stream Laptop 14-cb120ds

Yea fellas. My new linux laptop has 64 GB eMMC for hard drive and no option to install a normal hard drive.

1). Which file system should I use? I'm gravitating towards Ext4, standard.

2). Journaling off or no?
