wireplumber kills audio and streaming video

wireplumber 0.4.12-1 kills both audio and streaming media (tested on BBC, YouTube and Disney+ - all fail with a stuck frame at the start).

Not a gfx driver issue - the same happens on my laptop.

Desktop is NVidia, and laptop is AMD integrated.

Downgrading to 0.4.11-4 fixes
