When I opened Orage today, it emptied my calendar orage.ics. This did not happen yesterday. Luckily I have a backup
Is this a bug introduced recently or am I doing something wrong? (Maybe Orage wrote an invalid entry in orage.ics?)
(Another, related question: Can you recommend me another calendar app which can open my Orage calendar and does not install too many packages? I'm using Xfce. To use my calendar, I have to manually read the .ics file at the moment. gnome-calendar seems to be light-weight, but it fails to open orage.ics.)

same to me on Evolution my calendar is empty and can not add any new entry. No error information but the calendar.ics file can not be read any-longer. Tried to restore a backup file from evolution, the same result.
Gnome 42.4
evolution 3.44.4-2
evolution --g-fatal-warnings
RSS Plugin enabled (evolution 3.42, evolution-rss 0.3.96)The appointment cannot be edited because the selected calendar could not be opened

And here (Evolution). It's not us! All my calendars are OK but that's because they're all google calendars. It's my tasks that can't be processed (tasks.ics). Trying to add a new tasks list corrupts things - gives me a long hex folder name under evolution/tasks.
libical is the probable culprit, downgrading and reboot (evolution server) got them back.

Can someone with an account please file a bug report at https://bugs.archlinux.org/?project=1&string=libical ?

There has been an update to libical, but Orage still deletes my calendar files (restored from backup).
