Bluetooth headphones don't appear as an output device

Hi all,
I started daily driving arch on my laptop just recently and yesterday a certain issue popped up. I'd appreciate if you could help.

I like using a pair of Bluetooth headphones for audio with my laptop but yesterday when I opened my laptop and powered on my headphones, they at first didn't automatically connect. I thought that was weird, but I tried connecting them just as I did the first time, with `bluetoothctl`. They connected just fine, but they didn't show up as an output device. I restarted my laptop, and lo and behold, they connected just fine! ...except, after later in the day waking it from sleep, they same exact issue happened again. Things have stayed in this state of working only once ever since then, and I'm not sure where to go from here.

I don't really know which command outputs could be useful for you, as I am a bit of a noob, but I'd be glad to provide any such output at your request if it can help you help me.

Thanks in advance!
