The system is going down for reboot/shutdown now

Hi all. Faced the following problem. The system is going down for reboot now. The computer shuts down or restarts for quite a long time (a minute or a half). I am attaching the log of the last reboot. Here

You probably have something running that isn't shutting down easily and gets killed at 90 seconds.

Try shutting down different apps to see which one might be holding up.

I'm giving some CPU time to distributed.net, and their client, if running, holds up my reboots.  If it's stopped, the reboot is quick.
