This happens on 6.0.2 kernel, back when I had 5x I did not have these messages. Shows up on ramfs before udev and before udev I have base.
[0.408171] ACPI BIOS Error (bug): AE_AMLPACKAGE_LIMIT, Index (0x000000016) is boyond end of object (length 0xC) (20220331/exoparg2-393)
[0.408242] ACPI Error: Aborting method \_SB.PEPD_DSM due to previous error (AE_AML_PACKAGE_LIMIT) (20220331/psparse-529)Other than these messages at boot system works just fine, as far as I've noticed.
What is this and how to fix it?

Ignore those, they are mostly of informational value and you almost certainly already had them before if you looked at your journal/dmesg.
This is basically the kernel informing that something in your BIOS/UEFI is in violation of the spec. Unless you notice actual problems you can safely ignore the message, the "only" way these can get generally fixed is by doing a UEFI update and hoping your vendor fixed the underlying issue.
