[SOLVED] Sonny headset doesn't show on my laptop?

Hey guys i am trying to connect to a Sonny headset, but Bluetooth doesn't show me anything when i scan for devices. It is also weird that it doesn't appear in my phone unless i install Sony app which detect it easily and connect without issues. Any idea of how can i solve this or is it related to Sony hardware not compatible ?
Headset model : WH-H910N
