I'm using my ASUS notebook, and when I try to use the builtin microphone I get so much noise, if I start to press keys I can hear it, but I can't hear my voice. I test on Windows 11 and mic is fine, and any other headphone mic is normal.
I'm using only pipewire and have easyeffects installed.
If need any kind of information please tell me

alsamixer conflicts with easyeffects? Because I'm using it right now.
EDIT: I installed "qasmixer" and see that internal mic has a 30.0 db gain but if I set it to 0 I can't hear anything

I've no idea whether alsamixer conflicts w/ easyeffects or why, but if easyeffects causes interference anyway, my first approach would be to deactivate it to rule it out as cause.
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stfor the journal.

I deactivated esayeffects, uninstalled qasmixer and installed alsamixer but still nothing

uninstalled qasmixer
is completely irrelevant.
How does [I've modified boost to 0 db but nothing] fit with

Also please be specific in the description of the situation.
"but nothing" is completely meaningless and does eg. not explain whether that means that you don't get any audio or the noise remains or either.
Also
I test on Windows 11
Please see the 3rd link below, disable windows fast start (NOT the fast boot option in the BIOS, that's sth. different) and reboot windows and linx twice afterwards to make sure that the mic isn't somehow kept in an undefined state by windows.

The amixer output in #11 shows 2 internal mics
Simple mixer control 'Internal Mic',0
Capabilities: cswitch cswitch-joined cswitch-exclusive
Capture exclusive group: 0
Capture channels: Mono
Mono: Capture [on]
Simple mixer control 'Internal Mic 1',0
Capabilities: cswitch cswitch-joined cswitch-exclusive
Capture exclusive group: 0
Capture channels: Mono
Mono: Capture [off]'Internal Mic' is "on", 'Internal Mic 1' is "off" - what if you flip that and toggle 'Internal Mic 1' on and 'Internal Mic' off?
Edit: on a technicl note, please stop the full quoting of previous posts.

Internal Mic 1 don't make any sound. Even if it has 30.0 db gain.
Edit: I can only set it to Internal Mic 1 using "qasmixer", I don't know if are other method
