Dropped Frames on Video Playback

I have a new Arch installation on a Mini PC build I did with an Core i5-12500 3,00 GHz (Alder Lake-S) and integrated graphics.

When playing 4K Video @60Hz fullscreen and activating "stats for nerds" I see a massive number of dropped frames:
Brave browser: 407 out of 1048
Chrome: 687 out of 1057
Firefox: 769 out of 1016

I use the Brave browser predominantely, installed Chrome/Firefox for for comparison.

I went through this wiki entry, pretty much all the drivers were installed/enabled.

The system is otherwise quite snappy, PCIe 4.0, top tier SSD and so forth. Is the iGPU to blame, or is there something to be corrected?
