Any idea on how to schedule the computer to suspend/hibernate?

I'm using qtile window manager and I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to suspend/hibernate my pc after X minutes if it is inactive. I thought about using 'cron' but I think if I use it the computer will suspend every time the X minutes are reached. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Personally, I'd just use logind.  See `man logind.conf` and look at "IdleAction" and "IdleActionSec".

I use i3wm but wouldn't systemd still be in charge of this?
