Wifi problem

I have a problem with wifi. I created a profile in the wifi-menu. I did symlink "netctl enable (profile)" and at startup the wifi is gone. I always have to execute the following commands: rmmod bcma, rmmod wl modprobe wl and wifi is starting, what am I doing wrong? KDE plasma.
