RAD PHP tool?
Is there a open source free RAD (Rapid application development) tool for PHP?
Something that can create forms etc linked to mysql or postgress would be nice, though obviously there would have to be quite allot of hand coding as well.
Also while I am at it is there a good tutorial for PHP about?

maybe you could be interested in a framework for php?
personally i like cakePHP a lot. (check out the blog tutorial and/or the screencasts)

If you go with a framework I recommend you check out Django. I'm currently using it to develop some random sites and even though I had to learn Python just for it, it is so much easier to develop webapps using it than with PHP or any PHP based Framework I tried. In fact it is the first time web development is actually fun.
