6.0.3.arch3-1 should have the issue as well. With rasdaemon disabled you can go back to 6.0.6.

I can confirm that a similar onslaught of issues as the OP had/has was resolved by "systemctl disable rasdaemon" (run as root).
# uname -r
6.0.6-arch1-1

Edit: Had severe hardware issues a few months ago, installed rasdaemon for troubleshooting (no success) and then simply forgot to uninstall it as i used existing hard drives with new mainboard/CPU/GPU.

Same case right here (Well, I still have hardware issues but I simply don't care anymore). Looks like rasdaemon hasn't been updated since April.
EDIT: Marking as solved, however if issues persist I am going to remove it.
