genymotion with qemu backend fail to start

As genymotion 3.3.1-2 not support virtualbox 7 yet, I switch to qemu backend use gmtool config --hypervisor qemu and create new machine.

I have installed qemu-full. After click on boot button, I got Unable to start the virtual device popup.

I checked ~/.Genymobile/Genymotion/deployed/Custom Phone/genymotion-player.log:

I notice this [VMTools] Failed to determine a port offset, but can't google out VMTools.

I had added a http proxy to download virtual devices. Then I saw "[critical] [VMTools] Failed to determine a port offset" error in genymotion-player.log file. After removing proxy from Settings>Network menu my problem solved.
