Key timeout setting for gpg-agent.conf on a per-application basis

Is it possible to define a different cache-ttl setting for different applications?  In other words, for /usr/bin/pass I want a value of 5s but for /usr/bin/gpg I would like a longer time, say 3600s.  I found nothing on a google which makes me think, "no" but I am happy to query the community,  Thanks!
