[Solved] Tracking Down Reboot / Shutdown Delay

For some time now I've had an annoying delay (approx 2 minutes) when rebooting or shutting down.   I have been trying to determine the cause, but have so far been unsuccessful.

When following the systemd debugging wiki, something interesting happens.  When I boot with the following appended to my boot parameters as directed by the wiki, the shutdown delay does not occur....and hence nothing gets logged that would indicate a problem.

systemd.log_level=debug systemd.log_target=kmsg log_buf_len=1M printk.devkmsg=on enforcing=0

When I boot normally, the delay returns.

Outside of systematically disabling services until I find the offender, is there any other path that may help resolve this?

Re: [Solved] Tracking Down Reboot / Shutdown Delay

Turns out that my issue was related to a bug in sddm 0.19.   Replacing with sddm-git has resolved the issue.
