Only HDMI audio outputs showing in pulse

Fresh install. I'm running a Framework Laptop, and I'm using the zen kernel.

This is all the outputs it gives me:

Install sof-firmware and reboot. If that doesn't fix it post 

aplay -l
pactl list cards
pactl list sinks 
sudo dmesg | grep -E 'sof|snd'

Unsolved because I rebooted for something and am now having the same issues. On the one time it did work pulsemixer showed a device called analog output and that worked through built in laptop speakers and the headphones.
Seems to me that the proper card isn't loading maybe a driver or firmware issue?
