I want to participate in f@h so I installed it but it is not working. I installed the foldingathome package with pacman. I then added the "foldingathome" daemon to my rc.conf file. Then I configured it an setup my username and joined the Archlinux team. Did I miss a step ?

No everything seemed fine. How many minutes (being idle) does it take for it to continue running ? I have gnome-screensaver installed too. Will that cause a problem ?

The screen saver should not be a problem , but FAH runs at Nice 19 , so System Sleep and the various power conserving settings will slow it down.
if you look with Top in a terminal , you should see a Core running at close to 100%.   i.e.  FahCore_78.exe   - FahCore_79.exe
