Problem with filing root part

Good day.
Recently there was this problem: when I wanted to update the system, I found that applications from / home for some reason fill up the / section in memory.

Please help me understand what is the problem

on root section i allocated 20 GiB

You're making unwarranted assumptions. To see what's filling things up, see ncdu.

Part "/" (root part) filing up with apps in home directory.
For example, i have Android Studio in home, but it filing up root part

Why are think my assumptions aren't warranted. Why are you think that ncdu reveal something new for me after du? What ncdu is better than du in?

I provide output from du and df.
Why are you need ncdu?

What ncdu is better than du in?

Telling you what actually occupies the space and where exactly.

Your first picture shows that /home has 17GB, but the second one reveals that this is actually on a  different partition.
Now stop behaving like a toddler and do as told if you want this to go anywhere.
