Error 'adapter quirk: no zero length' with AMD RADEON PRO W6600

I added a brand new AMD RADEON PRO W6600 to my system, and now get the following kernel errors at boot:

i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x0028, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x0029, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x002a, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x002b, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x002c, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x002d, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x002e, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-0: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x002f, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-1: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x0028, size 0, write)
i2c i2c-1: adapter quirk: no zero length (addr 0x0029, size 0, write)

As far as I can tell, there is no other impact to the system and this looks to be purely cosmetic. Removing the GPU makes the kernel errors go away.

Has anybody else experienced this? What does this even mean?

A quick search does not turn up much, aside from https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215486, and it's not even clear if one of the reporters is using an AMD 6000-series GPU.
