Please post outputs in english by prepending LC_ALL=C to the pacman invocation.
According to this "there is nothing to do" - which is normal in case there are no updates for your system. If you think that there should be updates, then check and make sure you aren't using outdated mirrors: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Mirror … ng_mirrors you should in general prefer mirrors with a low delay time a high completion % and a low score: https://archlinux.org/mirrors/status/#successful
And make sure you have a valid and properly set system clock/timezone

Fix your mirror list in that case, mostly the top mirror will be relevant. You appear to be using something that's quite outdated, since this version conflict should/would be fixed for all official packages.
