[resolved] VivaDesigner (AppImage) crashing

I am running the VivaDesigner software (only available as an AppImage), and it is working surprisingly well, considering they don't even mention Arch as a compatible OS for their software. However, the software sometimes crashes when I try to do certain functions. I am running KDE Plasma as my desktop.
Here are the logs from the latest crash:

I have tried researching how to troubleshoot AppImages, but I haven't come across any solution yet.
Is there something I can do to make VivaDesigner run smoother and not crash so much? Or is this a fool's errand? Thanks for your help.

Report the problem to the company responsible for the software?

Re: [resolved] VivaDesigner (AppImage) crashing

Thanks-- I opened a ticket with Viva and they sent me the beta of the new version which is set to come out soon. So far so good, no crashes!
