Qt6 applications using a dark theme when using the arc-gtk-theme

As of updating Qt6 to version 6.4, I have noticed that all of my applications are using a dark theme, some of which don't appear to be designed for this. From what I have gathered, this is happening because of the arc-gtk-theme package, which I have set to use the 'Arc Darker' theme on my Gnome install. What makes this strange is that the 'Arc Darker' setting primarily only changes the top bar of applications, leaving the rest as-is.

I don't know if this is a bug, or if there is an extra configuration I should know about. I am looking for advice on whether I should report this somewhere, and if so, where.
