Is ReFS support archlinux?

As the title says, I wanted to read the ReFS partition on archlinux, so I found this, but I wasn't able to download it sad

To expand a bit, the paragon driver that supports this is proprietary as well and you'd need to contact them to handle out a deal and at least from that description they might not hugely actively develop that still if it is indeed stuck at 4.10.x kernel compat.
