Win11 and arch dual systems, grub install cannot mount esp

commend:
grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --bootloader-id=GRUB --efi-directory=/boot/efi

error:
grub-install: error: cannot copy“/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/core.efi”to"/boot/efi/EFI/GRUB/grubx64.efi" no space left on device

Welcome to the forums.

Is this an installation issue or did it work before? If so, what changed?

The error doesn't say anything about mounting. It says there is insufficient space on your ESP.

Boot the live system, mount your partitions and post:

lsblk -f
ls -R /boot/efi/

You can post test from the console using instructions linked below.
