Hi,
I installed Arch Linux as guest in VBox under Windows 10, I followed all the instructions in Arch Linux's wiki to set the right resolution but I still do not have my Arch Linux as guest in full screen.
According to: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Virtua … resolution
I installed `virtualbox-guest-utils` under Arch Linux, I enabled `vboxservice.service`, I set the resolution for my Arch Linux VM to 1920x1080 under Windows 10 with VBoxManage:
VBoxManage setextradata "Arch Linux" "CustomVideoMode1" "1920x1080x32" and I added the video kernel parameter with my resolution to GRUB:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="loglevel=3 quiet video=1920x1080"in the `/etc/default/grub` file, as detailed in: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Kernel_parameters#GRUB .
I'm stuck, could you please help to make the full screen mode work please?
Thank you in advance.

What virtualGPU are you using?
Are you trying this on a guest's X11 session?

What is a virtualGPU?
No I try this directly in the terminal. No X session at all.

The Video Adapter you can select inside Virtualbox's Settings.

Mmm... maybe some modesetting quirks...
