Is this a bug

I just mounted the /dev/sda7 on /mnt/sda7 and umount it. But when I do mkfs.ext4 on /dev/sda7 is shows last mounted on /mnt/sda9. And the time is just the  time when I umounted it. There is no /mnt/sda9 on this PC.

tmpboot]# mkfs.ext4 /dev/sda7
mke2fs 1.46.5 (30-Dec-2021)
/dev/sda7 contains a ext4 file system
last mounted on /mnt/sda9 on Sun Dec 4 11:27:49 2022
Proceed anyway? (y,N) N

Re: Is this a bug

Weird bug, if so. More likely you mistyped something or something else mounted it. The journal should tell you what was mounted where and when, so you can check.
