QT applications not using correct user theme

I have my default GTK cursor theme set to Breeze. I also use qt5-styleplugins meaning my theme and icon theme, both being Dracula, are seen on QT applications. For some reason, however, my cursor theme isn't seen on QT applications. I have seen this on OBS and qt5ct. My /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme looks like this:

[Icon Theme]
Name=Default
Comment=Default Cursor Theme
Inherits=Breeze

What can I do to have a consistent cursor theme?
