Hi all,
I am trying to install Arch on a Notebook with LUKS.
The installer returns no error during the setup, but after entering the LUKS-Passphrase, it starts booting but ends in a black screen, not even a cursor is visible. When i press CTRL+F1/F2/F3, the system is rebooting.
If I install the system with exactly the same options except LUKS, it works fine.
Am I doing something wrong?
I tried another Distribution, which I do not name by name here, but this works, for whatever reason...
Thanks!
Regards,
Alex

Did you follow the Installation Guide or use the archinstall script? If you used the script, please report your post and ask for it to be moved to the relevant forum.
Either way, please provide details of how you configured the system. How did you set up LUKS? How are you booting and how did you configure that? Are you using a display manager or booting to the console? What graphics hardware do you have?
You are almost certainly doing something wrong, but it is impossible to be 100% certain of that or to say what you might be doing wrong because you haven't told us anything about what you're doing.

Hi, sorry my late response.
@cfr: I use the installer script.
I configured LUKS with btrfs with wipe everything and use the proposal for the partition/subvolume layout.
I use KDE and configured to boot to the SDDM.
The Hardware is a Laptop with an 12th Gen Intel with Iris Xe Graphics.

Using systemd-boot? Try to downgrade all systemd packages to the last 251 version
Online
Yes, systemd-boot. Let me try this.
//Edit: With systemd-packages at Version 251.7 everything works fine.
