Hi everyone. I own a Asus Zenbook 14 and installed Arch Linux using `archinstall` and have nearly no problems in the past 3 months.
I decided to enable hibernate in case my laptop's battery ran out.
I enabled hibernate yesterday by creating a sepreate swap partition and found that its working properly except I have to wait for more than a minute before my laptop completely power off which is not acceptable on a laptop with NVMe storage.

Hi, I have similar problem....it takes ages until hibernate finally completes and laptop is powered off.
I posted that problem in another thread already, but no solution yet.
Its interesting to note that when comparing 2 laptops, one with a SATA ssd and the other with NVME SSD (samsung pro 980), there is no speed difference....that is surprising too given the much faster write speed of the 980 pro.

Maybe try just direct hibernation first and then post the actual context, probably the entire journal - not the parts that work w/ a 90s time-jump between S3 and S4 what could just as much be the S3 phase, though sounds eerily like some systemd service timeout.
