Apollon

This is arguably the best GUI frontend to gift (esp in KDE land) are people looking into adding this? I'd build the latest version but i'm having some problems with it.

While I agree it would be a good thing to have a package for (I have no idea how to make one, sorry), if you're dying for it right away,  it didn't seem too hard for me to install via the all-in-one installer available here:

On the other hand, it doesn't seem to want to connect for me.

i could, but i already have gift, plus i want a Arch pkg, the apollon 0.9.3 pkg fails during 'make install' on something to do with a tips folder no existing

hmm.. I have Apollon 0.9.3 compiled from sources & running OK. The only problem is that Gift isn't running great and I can't always connect.

[I'm still discovering the beauties of making PKGBUILDs (my latest experiments include building PKGBUILDs directly from CVS sources)]
